Thank you for shopping with GeoGrip Hangers. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after an order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing delays (if applicable)
- Other unforeseen circumstances
GeoGrip Hangers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. GeoGrip Hangers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at geogriphangers@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, if applicable
Requests submitted more than 7 days after the recorded delivery date may not be eligible for review or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, GeoGrip Hangers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
